InCore has more than a decade of experience in developing and designing exercise programs to meet individual health and fitness goals, from health and rehabilitation, to recovery, fitness, strength, endurance, interval training and athletic or capacity training. Our programs generally involve the use of the e-ryde elliptical machine and the c-ryde indoor cycle, floor exercises, and some resistance training. A brief description of each of our core programs is set forth below. - e-ryde is a core-focused, cardio-respiratory, total body workout on the e-ryde elliptical machine, with variable duration and intensity. Our typical workouts range from 40 to 60 minutes, and we can vary the workout intensity from health and recovery to athletic performance.
- c-ryde is a core-focused, cardio-respiratory workout on the c-ryde indoor cycle (which is currently under development), with variable duration and intensity. Our typical workouts range from 45 to 90 minutes, and we can vary the workout intensity from health and recovery to athletic performance.
- verticore is a 30 minute core-focused, standing floor exercise without the use of weights or machines, with variable intensity. This workout incorporates principles of yoga and Qui Gong to strengthen core muscle groups without the need for sit ups.
- core yoga is a unique 60 minute core-focused yoga practice, using postures from various schools or styles of yoga practice.
- 30/30 is a 60 minute core-focused, cardio-respiratory workout consisting of 30 minutes on the e-ryde (or the c-ryde), followed by 30 minutes of resistance training using hand weights, each with variable intensity.
