InCore has been working in collaboration with fitness engineers to integrate human and machine, resulting in the e-Ryde elliptical trainer.  The e-ryde is not a typical elliptical machine.  It is green, smooth, efficient, and extremely effective in both strength training and endurance training.  Magnetic resistance and variable body positioning afford maximum user control in training intensity and results.  Ease of use and accessibility make it ideal for people of all ages and sizes.  Its represent not only the state of the art in elliptical training, but also the future of more efficient, effective, and environmentally friendly fitness equipment.
